I'm Jason, and I've been bartending for 30ish years, but I'm only 40. How is this so?

At a fairly young age I would assist my grandpa behind his home bar during parties, learning the ins and outs of basic bartending. I loved the smile on people's faces when they would be given their beverage.

Working at Irish pubs gave me the platform to get creative, making custom drinks and shots, while also perfecting my Guinness pour.

I spent over 10 years in the marketing world, where, because of my bartending background, I was tasked with custom cocktail ideation for major beer and spirit brand clients. There I built up my own bar, stocking premium spirits, juicing fresh citrus, making my own syrups and infusions, and harvesting ice, while building my cocktail knowledge along the way.

One stipulation with having my own bar at the office was to also throw happy hours, and entertain clients and guests at the drop of a hat.

People starting reaching out about bartending their private parties, and due to the high-demand I have decided to make it official, with my own company, "Let's Go Booze!".

I want to bring my love for making delicious cocktails along with my passion for hosting and entertaining, to you. Custom cocktails catered specifically to your tastes and event's aesthetics, all with using the freshest of ingredients.
